Matco Tools offers a world-class franchise training program for franchise owners. In fact, Matco provides twice the sales and business training of other automotive tool franchises and employs dedicated training professionals.
Matco’s business development training is a comprehensive program that covers all aspects of managing your business; we provide the franchisee with at least 70 hours of mandatory initial classroom training at the corporate office in Stow, Ohio.
